Realty UAE publishes news, guides and analysis about property in Dubai and across the UAE. We aim to make real estate information clear, accurate and useful for buyers, tenants, owners and readers following the market.
This policy explains how we prepare our content, use sources, handle corrections and use artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
Editorial standards
We select stories and topics for their relevance to our readers. Our coverage may include property market developments, off-plan projects, mortgages, renting, regulations, developer announcements and practical guides.
We aim to distinguish confirmed facts from estimates, forecasts, opinions and promotional claims. A developer’s projected completion date, an advertised return or a market forecast should not be presented as a guaranteed outcome.
Property prices, availability, fees, financing terms and regulations can change. Readers should check current details with the relevant developer, lender, regulator or qualified professional before making a decision.
Sources and verification
Our articles may draw on government announcements, official records, company disclosures, developer statements, market reports, interviews and other relevant sources. Where useful, we identify or link to the source so readers can examine the information themselves.
Before publication, we aim to check important names, dates, figures and claims against available source material. If a claim comes from a developer or another interested party, we attribute it accordingly.
A press release or third-party report may inform an article, but we aim to add context that helps readers understand what the information means. We do not knowingly publish fabricated quotes, transactions or property details.
Editorial independence and commercial content
Editorial coverage and paid promotional content serve different purposes. If a company pays for an article or otherwise controls its promotional message, we label that material clearly, for example as Sponsored, Advertisement or Partner Content.
Payment does not guarantee favourable independent coverage. Advertising relationships should not determine the conclusions of our editorial articles.
How we use AI
Realty UAE may use AI tools to assist with tasks such as organising research, preparing outlines, improving grammar, translating text, suggesting headlines or creating draft material.
AI output can contain errors or invented details. We do not treat it as a source of verified facts. A person is responsible for reviewing an article before publication and checking material claims against relevant sources.
We do not intentionally publish invented interviews, quotes, property listings, transactions or official statements generated by AI. When an AI-created image is used as an illustration, we aim to identify it as such so it is not mistaken for a photograph documenting a real property or event.
Authors and updates
Where available, articles identify their author or editorial byline. The author or editorial team is responsible for the published article, including any material prepared with AI assistance.
We may update an article when new information becomes available. An update to a developing story does not mean that earlier prices, project plans or regulatory details remain current.
Corrections
If you believe an article contains a factual error, email info@realtyuae.ae with the article link and the detail you believe needs correction.
We review credible correction requests and update material errors when verified. For significant corrections, we aim to make the change clear to readers.
Information, not personal advice
Realty UAE’s articles provide general information. They are not personalised property, legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Before signing a contract, paying a deposit or making an investment, verify the current terms and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.
